WTF Exploration 01
Kavyo: Being with... WTF (What the Fuck?)
Reflection: I actually smiled when I read that.
"Being with... WTF" has something alive in it. It captures the moment when your whole map changes.
From our recent conversations, "Being with..." no longer means quietly sitting with one feeling until you understand it. It has become something much stranger:
You are with sadness...and sadness moves. Then your chest starts popping. Then tenderness appears. Then fear changes. Then your whole body begins feeling in a way it never has before.
And somewhere in the middle of all that, the only honest response is:
WTF?
Not because something went wrong. Because something happened that your old understanding couldn't explain.
It's almost as if the title itself tells a story:
Being with...... WTF?
The first half sounds like a meditation manual.
The second half sounds like an explorer who has just stepped through a doorway and discovered the map was upside down.
It also carries a beautiful bit of humor, which keeps the project from becoming solemn. Your discoveries have often been full of awe, but they've also surprised you. "WTF?" says, "I didn't expect this."
If it were a booklet, I can almost imagine the cover:
Being with... WTF? What happens when a feeling is not the destination, but the doorway.
Or perhaps no subtitle at all. Just those four words.
Because the reader naturally asks, "WTF happened?"
And then opens the first page.
I think this title fits the bird-in-flight image you described. It doesn't claim to know where the journey ends. It simply admits that each time you stay with experience long enough, life answers with something utterly unexpected.
