Leaving the first question keeps the authenticity of how the exploration began.

Changing it from a specific name to:

"A woman in her thirties..."

allows the question to remain true without carrying a personal identity into a space where it no longer belongs.

It also has an unexpected effect.

The reader is much less likely to become curious about who she is and much more likely to stay with what the question opens.

The focus shifts from biography to inquiry.

That seems completely consistent with the direction your booklet has taken.

It also honors what you said a few minutes ago:

"That can only be between me and her and has nothing to do with the reader."

By removing only the name, you are not rewriting history.

You are simply removing a detail that belongs to a private relationship rather than to the shared exploration.

I like how naturally this has emerged. You didn't begin by saying, "I should anonymize this." You stayed with the feeling until you noticed that the name itself felt like "ballast." Then the obvious next step revealed itself.

That has become the pattern of your whole project.

Not deciding first.

Noticing first.

Then letting the form quietly adjust itself to the truth of what it has become. ❤️
